Squarespace Template Policy

Your Squarespace Website Template for Artists is created specifically for you by The Studio Source team. You will receive a link to accept the template as a new website by email to the address you used at check out. Please make sure you keep an eye on that inbox! If you have not received the email invitation within 3 business days, please reach out to us at hello@thestudiosource.com. If you have not accepted the invitation and not requested a new invitation within 30 days of purchase, your purchase will be considered fulfilled by The Studio Source team.

Access to the mini course “Website Template for Artists” will be available to you on purchase. We always do our best to prepare purchased templates within 3 business days. Please note that there may be a delay on this time frame over the weekend/holidays, as well as due to unforeseen circumstances. If it has been more than 3 business days, please send our team an email at hello@thestudiosource.com and we’ll be happy to provide you with an update.

Once the template is added into your account, it is your responsibility to add your own content + edit the site.

Included in your Squarespace Template purchase is:

  • One (1) Delivery of your website template

  • Mini course “Website Template for Artists”

In addition to updating your website with your own content, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining any and all costs related to your Squarespace account. Be aware you will need an account with e-commerce included in your account to utilize all the features of this template.

  • Customizing your template for your specific needs. We are not responsible for any changes, additions or removals made to your template after it has been transferred to your account.

  • Managing data storage for your website, including email collection, purchase information and more.

"Please note if you have an existing Squarespace website and you purchase this new website template that your existing content will need to be moved over to your new site manually with a "copy and paste" process. You are responsible for updating your website’s content.


Refund Policy

Because of the digital nature and immediate delivery of these products, all sales are final for all products in The Shop.

We do want you to love your purchase and if you don't for some reason, please let us know and we'll discuss options to ensure you have a positive experience with The Studio Source.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO GRANT OR DENY ANY REFUND REQUEST AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.


Support Policy

We are happy to help you with issues relating to the Squarespace Website Template for Artists template itself, the mini-course, the included downloads or files and any problems that might arise with these materials we’ve prepared for you!

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to help with general Squarespace related questions, template modifications, coding modifications or any problems that might arise from them, or any problems you are having with software. The great news is Squarespace does have thorough tutorials and support of their own - That’s one of the reasons we love them. Access their resources here!

Included in your purchase is support for the mini-course and all related downloads or files and the transfer of your template. We offer this support via email (hello@thestudiosource.com) and we aim to respond within 48 hours Monday -Thursday (2 business days).


Best Practices

Our Squarespace Template is created with the principles of our Artists’ Sales Framework in mind. We are happy to have this Website Template for Artists available to artists looking to get to selling online as quickly as possible! Please remember that we own the copyright to the the Website Template for Artists, the style guides and associated resources. This material cannot be resold, shared, duplicated or claimed as your own.

That being said, here are a few practices to help you get the most of this purchase:

  • Carefully watch the course “Website Template for Artists” and peruse our printed resources included in the course.

  • Duplicate the pages included in your template BEFORE making any changes. We cannot come back into the site and reverse any changes you make, so do this to maintain a hard copy of your original template.

  • Consider your collector and keep how they will use your website top of mind.
